To mark the Lunar New Year with festive offerings, tuck into delightful favourites at The Terrace’s buffet dinner featuring prosperity salmon “Yu Sheng”, an abundant selection of fresh seafood, Cantonese hand-carved roasted meats, Treasures fried rice and more.
Create your personalised “Yu Sheng” by choosing your favourites! Taking centrestage is a lavish array of ingredients such as fresh salmon, pomelo, red pickled ginger and other traditional accompaniments.
Dessert lovers will be treated to traditional Lunar New Year goodies including pineapple cookies, love letters, kueh bangkit, golden mandarin orange cake and a fountain of pink chocolate.

Enjoy delectable treats such as fish amok from Cambodia, lemongrass tilapia from Thailand, Vietnamese shrimp spring rolls and spicy green papaya salad from Laos.

For larger groups celebrating at the Conference Centre, special menus will be available with dishes including “Yu Sheng”, longevity noodles, braised mini abalone and dried oysters with fatt choy, Hong Kong style steamed soon hock fish, braised sea cucumber and bai ling mushrooms with Chinese spinach.
